Nancy E. Allen RN,BSN,CMC,C is the Chief Executive Officer of Solutions for Care Inc. and is recognized as an expert and consultant in the industry of home health and geriatric care management. She has over 30 years experience in the home health arena and is a board certified specialist in home health by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and has attained the highest level of certification as a geriatric care manager by the National Academy of Certified Care Managers. Nancy is the author of the book Survey Survivor! and is an author and reviewer for "Home Healthcare Nurse", The Official Journal for the Home Healthcare Nurses Association Experience includes currently serving as an accreditation surveyor, a former state surveyor and working on major Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services contracts in developing the QIES to Success System and as a Medicare Hearing Officer.
Nancy has worked over 25 years as a clinician, Administrator, Director of Nurses and a home health provider. Her insights gleaned from having been on both sides of the survey process bring empathy and practical knowledge to home health care consulting, training and as a conference speaker.
Memberships include the National and Florida Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers Association, the Florida Home Health Care Association and the National Home Health Nurses Association.
